Great tricks - many of which I didn't know. But, it was also nice to discover that I knew a few of them! I'm going to be teaching a neophyte iPhone user (who didn't buy her phone in an Apple store and didn't know that she'd qualified for free lessons until after the warranty period). I went through the instruction book to decide what to teach her first. She's never done anything with it other than answer and make calls!
