Hi Roger and Happy New Year - 2014. Okay, now I've read your post and am really stoked! I haven't read all your blog so hadn't seen your writing tips before. It's amazing that I do several of the 14 tips - without ever really having organized them. One of my new organized lists is VOCABULARY. Now, I feel I have and use a fairly reasonable vocabulary, but I continue to find, not only new words, but more definitions and uses for words already in my written and spoken vernacular. I've established an account with enote and will begin organizing all my lists in one place. Have a very wonderful year and I know you'll be 'seeing' a lot of me!!
I grew on Reader's Digest Word Power. You might want to go to Oxford English Dictionary and sign up for their "Word Of the Day." http://www.oed.com/emailupdates?nojs=true A lot of the words are obscure or archaic but it's still interesting.
Going to read after I post this. Thought you may enjoy one of my favorite blogs:

I haven't tried recipes but my son, Jeff, makes just about all of them - a true fan of Korean Bapsang
