Haven't been able to read the story yet as the website's having some problem. Right off the top of my head, though, is my knowledge that placebo anything can work! It's amazing how many placebo cures there are out there at any given time. As for sleep, I know for a fact that if I have something exciting to do the day after I've had a bad night's sleep, it doesn't matter nearly as much as if it were to be a regular day. It's those regular days that are hell after a bad night! I'll go back and try the website again now and may have more to say later!
