Very interesting. I still have a few to go on this list. I also have "501 Must Read Books." I'd purchased that book as a reference for a couple of my granddaughters and thought I'd better have a copy for myself, too. I just returned from a nice afternoon visit to Barnes and Noble, where I bought the following: "The House I Loved," by Tatiana de Rosnay "Somewhere in France: A Novel of the Great War," by Jennifer Robson "The Samurai's Garden," by Gail Tsukiyama and "In the Shadow of the Banyan," by Vaddey Ratner Any of them in your repertoire? I'm also going to email you . . .
I'm way behind on my reading. I just picked up Doris Kearns Goodwin's, "The Bully Pulpit: Theodoreevelt, William Howard Taft, and the Golden Age of Journalism." It's a weighty tome. I don't know if I'll be able to get through it. I'll add your pick to my book list

They are all available via my local library. I've added them to my list. Two are on the shelf at my local library.
